Shipping and Handling
- We will ship item within 24 hours once payment cleared (excluding weekend and public holidays).
- Standard post may take 3-7 business days to arrive, so please upgrade to express post if you need it urgently.

REFUND POLICY
We have 6 Months Warranty on faulty / defective item from the date of purchase, Warranty does not cover any physical damage, liquid spillage or any software related issues.
Defective items must be returned to us within the warranty period at buyer's own cost, we will repair or replace or refund the faulty product (excluding postage).
To be eligible for return , your item must be in the same condition that you received , unworn or unused in the original packaging and box. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Change of mind or Order by Mistake , a restocking fee 20% of the original purchase price will be applied to the products purchased directly from phinko technology.
To start a return you can contact us : info@phinkotechnology.com.au , If your return is accepted , we will sent you a instructions on how and where to sent the package.
Item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Demaged / issues
Please inspect your order upon received and contact us immediately if the item is defective , demaged or if you receive the wrong item , so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for full refund , and make separate purchase for the new item .
Refunds
Postage and handling charged with your order is a non-refundable cost , unless the item you purchased was listed incorrectly online or you were shipped a different product from you ordered.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. And let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved , You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take sometime for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
