I have been a customer for approximately 10 years , starting off in Preston then following them to Richmond . I find Mark & Phing very nice people, they offer free quotes , charge reasonable rates & have virtually anything you want in stock. Since my stroke , I have been unable to do several things & both Mark & Phing go that extra yard to help me.

Gave these guys my laptop to fix because of water damage, fixed , all good. Started having some issues a month later, took it back, still in warranty. They fixed the part same again, free of charge. Laptop has worked like a charm since then, many thanks for the great service, this guy cares.

This place is a godsend. Mark copied my data from my old pc to my new one including my very old MYOB data which I thought would be nearly impossible. But he did it! This will be my go to place from now on when I have pc issues. And so reasonably priced compared to other places.

Bought a new ssd for my son's computer, doesn't ages trying to get it to work only to find out that his laptop wouldn't work with that newer type of drive. Took it back in expecting to struggle to get it changed as it was open etc (they're funny about that in the UK) but the guy just swapped it over and gave us a bigger one as he didn't have the same size. Superb service.
