Courier & Packing Information

Almost all small or medium items are sent overnight express via Australian Air Express.  Larger or bulkier items are sent via the fastest courier to you.  Larger items are sent via Star Track Express, Couriers Please or Fastway Couriers depending on your location and items / quantity purchased. We will ensure goods are packaged as well as possible to minimise possible damage. Also, we do not ship internationally.

Pickup service is also available at 106 Bridge Road, Richmond, VIC 3121, Australia.

Delivery Addresses

We only ship to Australian addresses. It is essential that you supply an address that someone is available at during business hours as couriers require a signature upon delivery. Couriers do not specify nor can they guarantee delivery times. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address. Failed deliveries are usually carded and sent to your local postal office or to the courier's warehouse. In some rare cases the courier may return the goods to us, in which circumstance you will be liable for a second delivery charge. In cases where the delivery is carded by AAE or returned to us, you will be liable for second delivery charge. Please ensure you use a delivery address whereby someone will be there during business hours. All orders are automatically sent a despatch notification e-mail when your order ships.

Delivery to P.O. BOXES

The web system will NOT accept a PO BOX as our couriers do not deliver to them. We do understand that some customers are far regional and can only accept a PO BOX Delivery. In this instance please contact us to confirm freight on your particular item. We will organise this manually for you, and / or telephone you. Please ensure you supply us with correct contact details. Please note Australian Postal services cannot take large items such as cases, etc.

Freight Charges

Freight charges are automatically calculated as you add items to your cart. Our standard freight charges (in AUD including GST) are teir based depending on cubic size and weight:

3KG or less $10
3KG bulky items $15.50
3KG to 10KG $19.95
3KG to 10KG bulky items $25.00
10kg to 20kg $30.00
10kg to 20kg bulky items $35.00
Above 20kg $35.00 + $5.00 per 3 KG  

To see the total delivery charge for your items, add them to your cart and the freight charge will be displayed automatically. The minimum delivery charge for any item(s) is $10.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and goods ordered. Delivery is usually made within 1 - 7 days from payment clearance – depending on shipping destination and items ordered. Smaller items are generally sent via overnight express service – larger items such as cases and high end LCD monitors can take longer due to size and weight. Orders are processed as soon as payment is made and usually despatch within 24 hours. The following is an estimated guide for delivery times once payment has cleared:

Please note that these times are estimated. Actual times may vary depending on item availability and seasonal delivery times. To speed up delivery times we may split ship your order from a warehouse closer to you. If this is that case you will be notified – this service is of no extra cost to you. You will be sent an email containing delivery information as soon as your order ships. Please allow the minimum delivery time for your area before requesting further information on your delivery status.

Free Delivery Promotions

Any free delivery promotions given apply to the items specified only by that promotion. Other items ordered which are not offered under promotion with free delivery will be charged at the applicable rate.


DST Solutions will accept no responsibility whatsoever for goods lost or damaged in transit. Couriers generally do take good care of your items in transit. If insurance is required we suggest you contact your insurance company to ensure your goods are adequately covered.
